If you choose to have your goods delivered by UK Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 days. Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays).

Order to an InPost Locker and collect it the very next day! InPost Lockers are accessible 24/7, secure, completely contact-free and available nationwide. Click here to find your nearest InPost Locker.

To choose InPost as your delivery option, simply select InPost from the Click & Collect tab within the checkout.

InPost will send you your unique collection QR code by text message and email once your parcel has been delivered.

Your order will be held in the Locker for 72hrs.

Hermes Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery.

A form of identification along with your collection code will be needed to collect your parcel. Accepted forms of ID are:

• - Order Confirmation
• - Foreign ID Card
• - NI Card
• - Passport
• - Tenancy Agreement

HubBox Parcel Collection is a new click and collect service, with 4,000 nationwide.

HubBox partners with local shops and business (including convenience stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, gyms and beauty salons).

You can collect your order from your selected location, in up to 6 working days! Parcels can be collected from the individual shop/business during their opening hours.

HubBox will send a confirmation email once the order has been made. They will then send a second email once the order is at the collection point, containig a collection code. Parcels can be tracked via the HubBox App, or the link to the courier site. Your order will be held at the store/business for 30 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen.

The customer will require photo ID to collect their parcel if they have forgotten their collection code. Accepted forms of ID are:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank Card

A friend or relative can collect the parcel as long as they have the collection code.
